Congratulations to our Graduate Carlotta Viglino who was a finalist for the UK Receptionist of the Year Award! After completing Reception Academy’s 4 week Hotel Receptionist course Carlotta started her career with the fabulous 5* Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London hotel and just six short months later she was shortlisted for this prestigious award! Presented by the international Association of Front Office Managers (AICR) held at the glamorous St. James Court, A Taj Hotel, London. We couldn’t be prouder of Carlotta and her nomination!
