Congratulations to our fellow wedding industry partners Rolando Pascua and Franz Arrogante for bagging the top special awards in the recently concluded Sinulog Film Festival. Although there may have been mixed reactions on the results of the awards (whether or not pertaining particularly to Franz and Landos win), one thing is for sure- the orientation and treatment of their film production is based on the exposure and experience tht they got from mastering the art of wedding filmmaking.
