Congratulations to the Yr11 football team who beat Braunton 8-3 in their semi-final yesterday. The quality of football played by our lads in the first 30 minutes was excellent with fast paced passing and movement going 3-0 up. Credit to Braunton though, as they pegged us back to 3-2 by half time and was a warning that we were playing against a good team and had not won yet! The lads knuckled down again in the second half and produced some more high tempo football scoring 5 more goals. A fantastic performance and a real team effort! The team now progress to the North Devon Final where if successful they will go forward to the County Semi Finals.
