Congratulations to the boys and girls track teams for their fine performances at yesterday’s home track meet. Final team scores for the girls were: Hart 88, Elbert 60, Greene 55, and Madison 24. First place finishers for the girls include: Kelin Leverett in the pole vault, Audrey Honiotes in the 1600 and 3200 meter runs, Hart’s 4 by 100 and 4 by 400 meter relay teams. Final team scores for the boys were: Elbert 86.5, Madison 68, Hart 49, and Greene 38.5. First place finishers for the boys include: Torace Sturgeon in the shot put. Hart County’s final track meet before the Region Meet next week will be tomorrow at the Greene County Tiger Invitational in Greensboro, Georgia. We recognize the seniors yesterday: thanks you seniors for all you have done for the Hart County track program.
