Congratulations to the participants of CSCs Leadership 1.5 for successfully completing this course! Background on Leadership 1.5: Because Childrens Service Center is committed to investing and empowering our employees, we adopted a three-phased leadership development program. Leadership 1.5, the second course in the program, is an advanced training for managers where they are assessed for readiness and coached on higher levels of leadership thinking and performance. Candidates, as ambassadors of CSC’s mission, advance their ability to eloquently represent the organization and its services with poise and clarity. The goal for each participant was to gain advanced tools for bigger picture and strategic future thinking, program performance, data analysis skills to ensure quality of care and decision making. Methods and systems for proposing ideas for viable creative expansion of programs were also taught and developed. We are very proud of the success and gains made by our participants! As a note, Matt Ross was a part of Leadership 1.5, but is not in the photo.
