Congratulations to the winners of the recently concluded 1st BILECO Essay Writing Contest held today, July 4, 2013 at the BILECO Compound in Caraycaray, Naval, Biliran. Winners of the contest were the following: 1st place - Karen Antonette Papilleras (Kawayan National High School) 2nd Place - Lester Toledo (Biliran Science High School) 3rd Place - Lucinda Consuelo dela Peña (Naval State University) The winners received the following prizes: 1st place - P3,000.00 plus certificate, 2nd place - P2,000.00 plus certificate and 3rd place - P1,000.00 plus certificate.
