Article 341 gives reservation to all dalits irrespective of religion and implementation came into effect from 26 January 1950.But on 10 August, Congress PM pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and HM Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel without ammendment of constitution passed Presidential order by removing all non Hindu communities from reservation. First murder of constitution. If you read article 341 ,you will find that there is no ammendment or mention of 1950 presidential order removing all non Hindus from reservation.
