Congress makes the laws of our Union, as representatives of The People and The States. The Chief Executive enforces those laws. Congress alone has the power to spend money, ratify treaties, declare war, and make laws. The Chief Executive has none of these powers. We, The People, elected representatives to enact laws. If Barack Hussein Obama attempts to single-handedly change the laws of our nation via Executive Order, he is performing an unconstitutional action, violating his Oath Of Office, and breaking his own word again to the American People. That he is announcing his actions in advance is paramount to a criminal announcing that he will commit a crime, live on nationally broadcast television, in front of the entire nation and world, in deliberate defiance of the laws of the land from the foundation of our nation. Barack Obama promised to fundamentally change America. He will do so tonight, by putting the Constitution into a shredder live on national television. By his OWN WORDS, he knows in advance that he will be violating his Oath Of Office and acting unconstitutionally. This is truly an historical moment in American History. So were the shots fired upon Fort Sumter, the attack on Pearl Harbor, and the 9-11 attacks. Will today also go down in history as A Date Which Will Live In Infamy?
