Congress should take up immediately immigration reform! First secure the border between US and Mexico (and work on the Canadian border and coasts). Second, any illiegal immigrant who can prove they have been employed consistently for the last ten years, and NEVER used anyone elses social security number then they can get a green card and work through the citizenship process. Third, if they have EVER been deported then they are banned for life. Fourth, if have EVER registered to vote then they are banned for life.
