Congressman Jason Chaffetz, please review this plea for your help. This truth of corporate bribery operates the US CONGRESS and is not addressed because everyone of them has violated their oaths already. This is a world wide ethics problem that can be cured. I/we need outside help to fight this legal deception ingrained in our status quo operations. Once the truth is made public any efforts on your part would be re-imbruted by a grateful nation. Because of fear, of the unknown consequences, no one with jurisdiction will act. You know how easy it would be to build a case against every Senator, Representative and the President of the United States. They take money and then support laws and contracts that favor those who gave them millions. That is bribery with intent and any attorney knows this fact. Sincerely, Jonathan L. Peterson I can help with legal grounds and evidence to end legalized bribery, which cannot be made legal. I am known on capital hill as disciplined and a intelligent lobbyist for equality under laws. Ask Utah Sen. Chief of Staff Ric Cantrell or Sen. Jim Dabakis about my use of facts, logic and law? The problem is everyone of them fear being prosecuted for ethics violations already done. The people will be merciful if honesty replaces cheating. EVERY Utah Senator has one of these surveys and most members of the HOUSE. Not one will sign their beliefs on it. Not one, neither will UAG Sean Reyes, Gov. Herbert or any of the Utah Supreme Court Justices: every one of them got a copy. no comment. If you asked them in public, the cat would be out of the bag, my citizen brother. If this one fact was checked and made public our corrupted system could repair itself. CORPORATIONS UNDER CORPORATE MISSION LAWS, to protect share holders money from fraud/embezzlement, CAN ONLY SPEND MONEY FOR PROFIT OR HUMANITARIAN EXPDENDATURES. CLEAR INTENT TO COMMIT BRIBERY IS EASY TO PROVE IN A COURT OF LAW. The only way for elected officials to not be committing bribery crimes is for them to RECUSE THEMSELVES FROM VOTING, WRITING OR PORMOTING BILLS, MAKING APPOINTMENTS, CONTRACTS, ETC. FOR ANY DUTIES THAT ENVOLVE THOSE WHO GAVE MONEY OR PROMISTES TO THEM. THAT IS THE REAL LAW THAT COULD BE ENFORCED WITH PROSECUTION TODAY. Because of the U.S. Supreme Courts ridiculous freedom of speech ruling those who have committed crimes have a defense but ending crimes against our Constitution should begin this day. Ask a prosecutor under oath to comment on this in writing? ----the survey none will sign, it is a yes or no survey.-- Dear Governor Gary R. Herbert, Utah Senate, Utah House and Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes: The question is simple and straight forward: Is the act of giving or receiving gifts or promises with the intent to influence a public official unlawful? Answer the 1 question survey and honor your oath of office. Please return survey to me? If intent is provable beyond any reasonable doubt: then such practices must be prosecuted, bribery is a crime against our citizen membership. Gross misconduct and ethics violations are the least of the charges that should and must be fully investigated/prosecuted by those having authority over such inexcusable behaviors as to accepting or supporting bribery. Bribery is unlawful. The law of bribery is an act against citizen voter equality. Equality of voter powers is the cornerstone of our democracy under a constitution. We have been silent, those of us who are under constitutional oath of office. Never again can we allow our rules of conduct to be openly violated without voicing our objection in the most vigorous ways at our disposal. We are citizens of the United States of America and by law, constitutional law, must defend each others rights to the fullest extent available, within the laws we swore to uphold. Sincerely, Jonathan L. Peterson Behavior Research for Humanity LLC. 3670 Red Maple Rd. (765e.) Salt Lake City, UT 84106 208-650-1346 ph (or P.O. Box 802, SLC,UT 84101) jlp1997@msn I am a public official under oath(or may become one) and must have an opinion about the use of money or promises to influence any public official in the discharge of his or her public or legal duties. I agree that corporate political contributions are not lawful and violate state and federal bribery statutes because of corporate mission laws that protect share holders funds (from fraud/embezzlement); funds must be spent on profit, potential profit or humanitarian expenditures only. So intent cannot be freedom of speech but seeking influence for profit.
