Congressman Kerry Bentivolio I cosponsored the Illegal Entry Accountability Act which would hold El Salvador, Guatamala, Honduras, and Mexico accountable for illegal immigration by immediately suspending U.S. foreign aid to these nations until Congress determines if they have taken sufficient action to mitigate unlawful U.S.-Mexico border crossings by their citizens. The Obama Administration is trying to solve the humanitarian crisis at the border -- like they do every problem -- by throwing more money at it, said Rep. Kerry Bentivolio. The bill sends a strong message to our neighbors in Central America: have some accountability or lose your foreign aid. We cant reform our immigration system until we have control of it.
