This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to time, budget and quality. Managing different web development and design projects simultaneously from the beginning to end Assuring project delivery on time, within budget and with the highest quality Project planning: managing that all tasks are being performed within the set deadlines Budget planning: managing the delivery of a project within the corresponding budget Resource planning: managing and assuring that the correct resources are planned on the correct timings for the projects. This taking into account that the overall company planning is the most efficient and effective. Project time & cost tracking Invoicing of the projects (New) Requirement management: define which items/requirements are included within the proposal, which not. As well define or facilitate the definition and estimations of the new requirements Communication with clients: effectively communicate and manage project expectations to the clients in a timely and clear fashion. Communication with stakeholders of project execution (team members, external providers and contractors etc): effectively communicate and manage project expectations in a timely and clear fashion.
