Connect DFW Enjoys Team Building at a Dallas Mavericks Game There is a popular misconception about what it takes to succeed in the business world. Many people mistakenly believe that being a talented individual is all it takes, but we at Connect DFW know that teamwork is at the heart of almost all organizational successes. While great teams are often made up of exceptional individuals, it is by learning to work together that they – and their businesses – thrive. One fun and powerful way to encourage this spirit of cooperation is to provide occasions for team members to spend time together socially. Knowing this, we were doubly excited about our recent opportunity to attend a Dallas Mavericks game – courtesy of the Dallas Mavericks! As we like to mention whenever possible, the Dallas Mavericks team is one of our biggest clients, and this season marks our fourth campaign with them. For our orientation meeting, the VP of ticket sales got us two suites from which to watch the game, followed by a thanks for all our hard work so far. After that, we discussed marketing strategies and priorities for the coming season, much of which was review for our seasoned veterans but great for our newest associates. Just a few short weeks into the season, we are already seeing fantastic results, with a special nod to Taylor L. and Phillip S. for being the cornerstones of this campaign. Much like the great teamwork that the Dallas Mavericks display on the court, the Connect DFW team is excited about pulling together and making this a great season for our clients, our firm, and each other.
