Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging presents program on resources and services WEST HARTFORD – An educational program focusing on resources and assessment services available through the Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging will be held Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 1 to 2 p.m. The event will be held at the West Hartford Senior Center, 15 Starkel Road in West Hartford. A complimentary lunch will be provided by Cedar Mountain Commons and Jefferson House. Marc Levesque, MS, senior resource case manager for the CT Center for Healthy Aging, will present the program. Seating is limited and RSVPs are requested. For more information or to reserve a spot, call (860) 561-7583. The Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging, a not for profit member of Central Connecticut Senior Health Services and a Hartford HealthCare Partner, is a resource and assessment center designed to enhance access to services and information related to attaining optimal quality of life for seniors and their caregivers.
