To reclaim your power requires you to be observant of your limits as you work to dissolve them by siphoning your energy out of primary and secondary vortices. There is no requirement that you understand the origin of a belief to reclaim your power, but understanding will arise out of the process of Conscious Creation. By reclaiming your power you will begin to change how you perceive reality, and in time, after your frame shift, things will become clearer because you will be a much fuller participant in your reality. Comprehension comes from being fully present, and the more present you can be in life, the more you can understand.
