Consciously, in Reality I am exactly the same as I was thirty or forty or hundred or thousand year ago. The Real I was always here. I have not gained anything or lost anything Really, but I have lost attachments to illusory reality. What is here now my so called possessions, status, influence and so forth is only appearance in my or collective consciousness. I neither Really take possession on them nor I could take them when I depart this planet or human form. What is here and now is all the interpretation of the mind that is appearing in my consciousness like the cloud appears and disappears or waves comes and disappears in the ocean. So, Real I is simply this is happening dynamically on its own spontaneously is the dance of atomic expansion is also the expansion of consciousness that wants to expand, explore, create, through stillness of the body mind and spirit (breath) united as one and in this experiencing that I am complete, whole, happy, healthy, and perfect as it is - even in sickness, and suffering.
