Consensus is darn near impossible to come by. There are too many fractures in the whole. Its fine, as I get older I loose cool points. So it was not surprise to me that when I picked up the current issue of Entertainment Weekly and read of Megan Trainor and her song ALL ABOUT THE BASS I could hardly distinguish her from Jesse Js DOMINO or Ariana Grande. I did relaize that nether of these are Katty Perry nor Iggy Azalea but barely. Still moving on to the political realm, I am not up on the current midterm elections. Who is running where and what Democratic Party candidate the Republican National Committee is lambasting for their support of Barack Obama this or anti Nancy polosi that. Yet I am sure the senate is the battle ground. Its so difficult to say anything that does not get shouted down by Fox News or critiqued by Rush Limbaugh (is he still around?) It is even exhausting trying to name all these players. Nonetheless, as we approach the end of the month and children go to Boo at the Zoo or some other safe haven away from the threats that befall trick or treat, I encourage everyone to walk softly carry a big stick and to tell Chris Brown to stop calling women hoes! Oh and also read the Rolling Stone cause at least there you can get some pro-Obama articles. Even if his presidency causes me ill, he is still my man. Consensus or not.
