Consider the following relationships between: Witness 1 (W1), Men referred to commonly here as Thugs T1, T2, and T3, Claytons friends F1 and F2, and Clayton. ► On Friday, Clayton goes to F1s house with F2 before the party. ► The three (F1, F2, and Clayton) share rum or moonshine that is reportedly stolen from F1s older brother T1. ► Note: T1 is associated with with T2 and T3. ► F2 decides NOT to go to the Nest with Clayton and F1. ► F2s reason is that F1 and F1s brother T1 were feuding with another couple of fellows. F2 wanted to avoid anticipated trouble. ► Clayton and F1 go to the Nest party. F2 goes to town. ► T1, T2, T3 are (by some reports) at the Nest party also. ► Clayton goes missing. ► W1 says that T2 brags that he and T3 beat a kid at the Nest and asks for money to leave town. Next day (Sat. May 5th) he says he was joking. ► On Sunday, May 6th, F1 (T1s brother) calls F2 and asks him to go with him to look for Clayton at the Nest. ► While F2 is looking, F1 climbed up a hill and hollered out to F2: There he is, [F2], lying in the brook, man QUESTIONS: 1. Who are the couple of fellows that F2 believes F1 and his brother T1 were going to have a problem with at the party? 2. If F1 took his brother T1s booze without permission, was T1 upset with this? Did T1 seek to find his brother F1 and anyone with him at the Nest party? 3. Did T1 ever challenge his brother F1 about the missing booze? If so, when, and what happened? 4. Was T1 hanging out with T2 and T3? Did T1, T2, and T3 have the stolen booze (by F1) set aside for themselves? thechronicleherald.ca/novascotia/1240857-anonymous-weighs-in-on-miller-case
