Considering Opposition Leader Belden Namahs revelation that the 2015 National Budget is incomplete, in that volume 3 is missing and the various comments from the Social Media, I say here that all National Budgets including Supplementary Budgets are Acts of Parliament and had to be in hard copies to be distributed to all Members of Parliament so that they can follow through when presented on the floor of Parliament by the Minister for Treasury - not in digital form! All Members of Parliament especially in the Coalition are not that naive to know that the 2015 National Budget is incomplete, the figures are grossly inflated and false and should put the Country first before their political allegiance and vote with the Opposition and block the passing of the 2015 National Budget. Forget about the Alotau Accord. More seriously, the Prime Minister should resign now that the 2015 Budget is in disarray. In most Democratic Regimes, if a Budget cannot be passed or flawed, the Prime Minister resign. In this case our Prime Minister should be responsible enough to step down and if our National Constitution has a provision where the Prime Minister must resign if the National Budget is blocked or flawed, then let it be so. Also considering the severe situation faced by the country which might end up bankrupt in the New Year. With all this happening, I expect the Opposition to organise protests right around the Country to get the Prime Minister to resign. Dont leave everything to Noel Anjo!!!
