Considering the latest news informing that the Troika agreed to approve Decrees by the Cabinet, ... have resolved their dispute over the oil file, ... the troika is launching campaign to reactivate the Lebanese Oil & Gas sector starting by signing the two decrees on Q1 2015, somehow gives me the very uneasy & sickening feeling that the oil & gas matter is now being allowed to further proceed only after the war lords controlling Lebanon have finally come to an agreement on how to divide the prospective oil & gas spoils amongst themselves !!
