Consistency: Just wanted to give a shout out to Joan Leonard! I was noticing yesterday that she is building muscle and burning fat nice and steady. Her nutrition and workouts are consistent. She is not perfect, but she is perfectly consistent. She only misses a training when she absolutely has to and if she does, she does her best to make it up. She eats very healthy and steps off track only to get back on quickly. This is the key, Peeps. Its a lifestyle commitment that you adhere to like brushing your teeth. Consistency is why she continues to get results. Being consistent with your workouts, adhering to the nutrition protocol 90% of the time, getting plenty of rest and recovery, and paying attention to your HEC, always! #fitandfierce4life
