Consistency = Predictability A good golf player is the one who can constantly play par or under par for 18 consecutive holes for 3 straight days, not the one who hits one or two hole-in-one and albatross, but bogey or double bogey for the rest. By the same token, you wanna see a surgeon who always does a decent job…, not the one who does one miraculous surgery but nine failures… It’s about the consistency and reproducibility that creates reliability and predictability.
