Constitutional provisions and Law would have no meaning as long as those entrusted with implementation do not look at the fact the entire system ultimately has to serve the needs of the common people. It has increasingly becoming clear that the parties in power, whichever one it is, ultimately look for scoring points and oneupmanship rather than the mundane needs of the nation. This unnecessary competition should be secondary. But then, would our Political leaders heed to such advice?
