They are currently looking for a Construction Superintendent to be based in Rayong to supervise their sub-contractors. Salary: An Attractive Remuneration Package awaits the right candidate Work Location: Rayong, Thailand Responsibilities: • Assist the Construction Manager in monitoring and expediting shop fabrication activities carried out by sub-contractors to meet targeted deadlines. • Provide leadership and guidance to sub-contractors on Construction or QEHS related issues. • Ensure subcontractors’ work scope and changes are verified and properly recorded, and ensure that sub-contractors achieve targeted delivery and quality. • Ensure safety practices are carried out by the sub-contractors and to supervise weekly toolbox meeting. • Ensure Project Quality Plan is carried out and in line with Company’s Standards. • Prepare progress reports for the project as required by the Construction Manager.
