Construction Superintendent The client is an award winning developer and builder in Western Australia. They have a proven track record of success due to their unique approach to maximising value across the residential, commercial & industrial and subdivision & land development sectors. They are currently seeking the services of a highly experienced and driven leader in the role of Construction Superintendent for their Commercial and Industrial division based in regional Western Australia. Reporting to the Manager of Projects, the Construction Superintendent will have 10 years proven experience in a similar role within the commercial and industrial building industry. The role is a hands-on management role and is critical for the project and our client. To be considered for this role you will need the following: Tertiary qualifications within construction and/or trade qualified A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role Proven ability to lead site teams Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, in particular preparing reports, scheduling and managing ongoing progress High-level of understanding of construction documentation High-level of client and contractor and subcontractor liaison skills Highly experienced in commercial concrete and suspended slabs The client will consider applications from contractors and staff personnel and they will look at residential or fifo options.
