Yes, civil contracts for Thomson Line’s Orchard, Marina South and Gardens by the Bay stations and tunnels worth $1.32 billion are going to Penta-Ocean Construction Co Ltd – Bachy Soletanche Singapore Pte Ltd Joint Venture, Sinohydro Corporation Ltd. (Singapore Branch) – Sembcorp Design and Construction Pte Ltd Joint Venture and Nishimatsu Construction Co., Ltd – Bachy Soletanche Singapore Pte Ltd Joint Venture. And in case you were wondering, all 25 contracts amount to $7.77 billion. It’s full steam ahead, as we build Singapore’s latest MRT line that connects northern and central Singapore to the city and the rest of the MRT network, adding additional capacity to the north-south corridors, strengthening the overall resilience of our rail network!
