Consular Advisory on NBI Card Fingerprinting The Philippine Embassy assists Filipinos who are applying for NBI clearance in terms of fingerprinting on the card form. The applicant has to send the fingerprinted form, together with a special power of attorney, to his/her authorized representative in the Philippines, who will process the clearance with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on his/her behalf. An appointment is required for the fingerprinting. Please email consular.sgpe@gmail, entitle your email with the subject “NBI Fingerprinting Appointment“, and in the message state the date when you can come over to the Embassy. We will reply to your email and confirm the availability of this slot. The slots for NBI fingerprinting are open Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 5pm only. Thank you.
