Consultation and Recruitment Our recruitment process begin with the Registrar and Deputy Principal positions being advertised. Applications close on Friday 22nd August. To see the advertisement and apply you must go through the JobsWA website - jobs.wa.gov.au/ . Applications will not be accepted in any other way. I anticipate advertising for both teaching and support staff some time around the 5th of September. I have organsied two consultation meetings for this week. Important outcomes that I aim to have achieved by the beginning of next week are: 1. Formation of a Steering Committee. - This committee will be our peak decision-making in regards community consultation. In the first instance only people who have applied to enrol their children in our school will be considered. I anticipate there will also be opportunities for members of the broader community to participate at different stages. As our timelines are relatively short, if you are interested please be prepared for lots of activity. 2. Creation of a database of contact details of students and families planning to attend the school so they can be directly contacted and involved in decisions around our name, logo, uniform and status as an independent public school.
