Can thoroughly answer technical questions, and if they don’t they don’t fake it. They know where to find the answers. Focuses on the benefits the consumer can expect. Offer solutions and options. The employees body language is appropriate and not to close, not looking down. They listen completely and attentively. Stay on the business message. Encourage questions and feedback.
