Contacted Jeff Birek via email today after talking to him at the banding station this morning. He told me about bird surveys/monitoring Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory is doing and offered if I was interested in a job with that. Sounds amazing honestly, but WELL SEE. I definitely would rather have a job doing something that I love rather than doing something miserable. Id have to do a week of training and get down bird calls/songs but that wont be too hard for me :) This could end up being a potential dream job, but Im not getting my hopes up and dont even know if Im skilled enough. But it was honestly the first time I felt great about a potential job...
