Contemplating life. Turning 40 soon. I just took my body to another level.... At a little over a week away from 40. Some of my most valuable lessons and treasured friendships have come into my life in the last 10 years. I can only hope that my 40s teach me as much as my 30s did. I am grateful to be exactly where I am. Not a day goes by where I have regrets .... Life is too short to live in a space of unhappiness or regret.... So I choose to be grateful for all I have experienced and how I have grown!! :)
