Contemplating quiting my job today. Yesterday, a customer got extremely angry that the company assessed him a $25 late fee on his account. He became extremely angry and started banging on our counters. He proceeded to cuss me out worst than I had ever been and then he showed his gun and said he would be waiting for me when I closed. Police had to be called, blah blah blah. I was at work alone so I called my supervisor to inform her of the situation. Her response was Well if the late fee was that big of a deal to him, just waive it. No mention of was I ok, what did the police say, nothing. Just whats the big deal. So, thinking about quiting becuase I just dont want to work for a company who doesnt value their employees and doesnt care about their safety.
