None of the exercises are choreographed or pre determined, as they are experienced in the moment. Improv teaches the dancer about their alignment, strength, habits, and challenges their creativity, allowing the dancer to develop a closer relationship with themselves, their peers, and allows for the discovery of their own unique style of movement. Dancers choose their own pace and their own challenges. Come explore!
