Day-to-day updates, and developing and maintaining content and posts for dedicated Facebook Fan Page, Instagram , Twitter and Google + channels. Maintain Company Website content and monitoring of online Product Portfolio. Constantly updating online channels with fresh news and events about company. Work with team to develop and maintain the online master content calendar. Measure and optimize content based on analytics. Work on basic design tasks including adapting designs to different sizes and creating mock ups of designs to be used across all channels. Responsible for arranging monthly photo shoots and uploading photos to be utilized across the various Social Media channels and Company website. - Website: content optimization and stimulation, improvements within the website structure: functionality, usability, navigation by users. Promoting, marketing and communicating all the website’s contents. Measurements, monitoring and follow-up of results. Monitoring of how Product Portfolio is presented to customers to enhance the Shopping experience and assist in generating sales. Grow overall base of consumer generated content: reviews, photos, videos, etc. Interaction with users: community engagement. Database: creation, management and maintenance of the database, making it larger and more streamlined. · Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with Brand Manager to create and communicate monthly marketing campaigns across all online channels. Devise customer interaction techniques to engage with Social Media fans such as promotions, contests and games. Creation of Facebook Events when required and invitation of existing and new customers. Responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns. Work closely with Brand Manager to plan, create and release monthly ads across the various channels. Serve as a driver and influencer of new digital ideas, promotions and offerings. Monitor industry benchmarks, trends and best practices in customer behavior and technology. · Customer Experience: Responsible for responding to all Customer inquiries on Social Media and through Website Online Form and emails. Daily logging of all customer data on CRM system. · Reporting: Developing weekly and monthly reports to communicate the Social Media and Online activities and impact on Brand awareness and consumer engagement. Communicating website and Social media reports and analytics to management and developing action plans for improvement based on insights. Reporting of website technical bugs and improvements to Brand Manager; to be integrated in website improvement plan. Skills EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education. EXPERIENCE A minimum of 1-2 years experience with Social Media, Websites and Online Marketing. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Sales and Marketing — knowledge of principles and methods of basic marketing strategy and tactics and Online Marketing techniques. Communication and Time Management - Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to work effectively with cross-departmental team. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Customer Service — knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction, Design — knowledge of basic design techniques using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Ability to resize, edit and enhance designs and apply to mock ups for final usage.
