Content company posted a photo on their blog (pinched by their blogger), and the photographer is awarded $8000 in copyright infringement suit (the company sez it was a bad photo, but it was good enough for the company to use/distribute) garyngoldston/are-you-safe-from-copyright-infringement/ moral of the story? only save stuff to your computer that youve paid for (you cant post what you havent saved!) if youre unsure, ask the photographer!
