Continuing on my train fetish, today I learned about the best television show ive ever heard of. Its been broadcasted on Norvegian public television NRK on November 29, 2009. The genre falls into something called Slow Television (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slow_television). The show is 7 hours long, filmed from the exterior and interior of the train, with graphic additions like train station names, and historical footage mixins during almost all of 182 tunnels the train passes. The show was watched by estimated 176,000 Norvegians, with 1,246,000 viewers in total, including those watching it only partly.
