Continuing on the discussion of employees who do not care... We - TopicsExpress

Continuing on the discussion of employees who do not care... We went to Bonefish Grill for dinner tonight... We arrived at 6pm... The outside sitting area was in horrible condition... Paper napkins, water bottles, leaves, cigarette butts and other debris was all over the place... Horrible first impression... When we went inside I told the hostess how nasty it was... She said she would handle it... We left 2 hours later... It had not been touched... I went back inside and asked for a manager... She went outside with me and I showed her... She apologized, thanked me profusely for bringing it to her attention, said the hostess should have came out to take care of it and then she immediately started cleaning it up... Now that was the RIGHT attitude... More managers should be like her... So here is a warning for all the places we frequent... I will be looking and I will be reporting things that are not up to par to management... I am sick and tired of paying good money for services only to receive 2nd best... If you are an establishment that has customers entering, take some pride in your facilities... If you are management and you choose not to follow up on things with your employees, then do it yourself... Your choice... I am here to tell you that the next time I enter your doors and things are not up to par, and I bring it to your attention and it does not get done, I will be going higher up to corp... If more of us would take this position we could bring on a positive change... Dont be afraid to speak up when things are not right... Most of the time management is NOT aware of a problem unless they are told... There is only one of them and most times they are spread thin... So as a customer, help be their eyes... If they really care they will thank you and take care of the problem... If they do not care, go over their heads... Almost everyone has a boss... And BTW... I will continue posting about this subject... I ticked off some folks with my last post on this subject and I did NOT even post the name... But truth is truth... Plain and simple... And I am only posting the truth and nothing but the truth... Facebook is a powerful tool and can reach so many people... Remember yall... Lets take a stand against dirty floors... Poor maintenance... Dirty tables... Dirty floors...Dirty bathrooms... Poor customer service... We deserve only the best if we are putting our hard earned money into their pockets... Together we CAN make a difference!!!
