A blend of four cheeses melted together then mixed with elbow macaroni and crab meat, finished with cracker crumbs and white truffle oil. Tortellini Del Boscaiola- Ricotta cheese filled tortellini pasta sautéed in roasted garlic cream sauce with sweet peas and julienned ham. Pork & Apples- A thick cut pork loin chop seasoned and roasted then topped with caramelized apples in a hard cider cream sauce, accompanied by mashed sweet potatoes.
