Continuity aids development in Kwara -Moronfoye The Kwara State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Prince Tunji Moronfoye, has ascribed the massive socio-economic development of the government of Dr. Ahmed Abdulfatah to its strong ambition to continue with the governmental blue-print laid down by the immediate past government of Governor (now Senator) Bukola Saraki. The Commissioner made the observation while featuring on the Yoruba version of this week’s Radio Kwara (AM/FM) PLATFORM aired every Thursday titled ALAYE IJOBA. Prince Tunji Moronfoye explained that the various principle of continuity which the Executive Governor, Dr. Ahmed Abdulfatah, has adopted as a strategic ideology to map out avenues for development and sound Social Welfare, have expedited general transformation of the State. He condemned the habit of abandoning developmental projects initiated by preceding governments, saying such a practice is common in the country and emphasized that the factor is catalystic to our under development. Speaking on the recent judicial reshuffle affecting 36 Judges in the State, the Commissioner educated the people on the exigency and the social implications of the step, which he said will allow the Judges to deliver Justice fairly within the ambit of the Law. He urged the people to go and obtain their Voter’s Cards, as it is the only instrument they could use to effect political change that will transpose into an impeccable socio-economic and political standard. The Commissioner described the recent meeting of Governor Ahmed, with the indigenes of Kwara State residing in Lagos as an evidence of the progressive tendencies the present government has for all citizens of the State regardless of their locations and charged the well-to-do among Kwarans in Lagos to come home and invest to raise industrialization level in the State which he said will tremendously boost the economic strength of the State. Prince Tunji Moronfoye assured the people of Kwara that the government of Dr. Ahmed is keenly committed to fulfilling all its electioneering promises to the people of the State and thereby urged them to exercise patience and understanding.
