Contract Position; Based: Cyberjaya Customer Service Representative - Sales Support Experience and Skill Required: - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Independent in engaging customers and ability to independently deal with a range of more complex and uncommon services. - Have an in-depth, intimate knowledge of the customers business and the Industry - Full knowledge of IT applications within your scope of responsibility. - IT software familiarity (Microsoft and Internet). - Ability to spot trends and identify CI opportunities to processes or to solve root cause issues. - Collaborate and build relationships/ partnerships with Sales and Functional Leaders across the organisation. - Adopts Customer 1st mind set and utilises the Customer Operations Specialists behaviours to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience. Key Challenges: - Taking ownership of customer enquiry even when resolution is not within direct control. - Accepting responsibility as the public face of Clients company for failure to deliver on customer promise.
