Contract Support Representative – Central London 4 Month Contract - £18 p/h Role Overview This is an interesting role working for a large systems engineering provider to the transportation sector. Working within customer support and service delivery, the objective of your role will be to liaise with internal engineering departments, engineering sub-contractors and customers to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of company products and services as agreed in the customer contract. Specific Responsibilities Produce service performance reports for release to customers Attend customer service reviews and document proceedings Manage and progress customer queries Produce payment applications Work with internal departments to improve business performance Undertake contract level performance management resolution Plan and deliver systems upgrades or variations The Person You should have experience of taking a leading role in contract management within a commercial environment and ideally with field service engineering knowledge. Able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of performance measurement techniques and their application.
