Contrary to people’s opinion, a win of about 55% is not a fantastic win if Aregbe’s performance is as fantastic as APC wants us to believe. Despite the fact that i wanted Aregbe to win,in order to correct peoples misconception about militarisation of electoral proccess one must commend Omisore for putting up such a good fight. I Marvell at the number of votes Omisore got despite the “Bola Ige stain”. I dear say if not for Bola Ige’s stain, it could have been a different game. It is therefor important that Aregbe and APC go back and analyse the votes because if PDP had presented another candidate, it could have been a different game. It is also patinent that Aregbe take another look at his programs and improve in areas like Education and Religious tolerance that could have cost him the second term. These mistakes MUST be tactically corrected in the interest of peace, harmony and above all the bigger battle ahead come 2015. My Congratulation to Aregbe and the people of Osun state.
