Contrast superset: Squeeze press (hard press-inward during the pushing phase) for peak contraction and flies with a hold to stretch the muscles once the muscle has been pumped. Then speed presses to finish off.. The key is to press inward REALLY hard on those squeeze presses and go up slowly.
