Contribution of kupwara scholars. Fifth book is published by Dr. Bilal Ahmad Khan born 1987 in village Halmat pora, district Kupwara. He did his schooling from his native place Halmat pora and then from Government BHSS Kupwara. Bilal Ahmad Khan did his graduation from Govt. Degree College Kupwara in 2006 and B-Ed from University of Kashmir in 2007. Latter he got his Post–graduation (M.A) from University of Kashmir in 2009 and Ph. D from University of Indore (NAAC “A” Grade) in 2014 where he taught Economics to Post-graduate classes in 2011-12. He also worked in State University. He had written and published many books at international level entitled like “Jammu and Kashmir Economy (ISBN 978-93-82835-05-9) and Occupational Structure of Jammu and Kashmir State (ISBN 978-93-82835-622)” etc. He published more than twenty full research papers in leading journals of world. He contributed and presented papers in many international and national conferences and seminars. He also published many articles in local newspapers. Presently he is pursuing Post doctorate (PDF) from JNU, New Dehli and also member International Journal of Educational Research, “Society of Education, India”. The present work entitled “Employment Pattern in Kashmir: Problems and Prospectus” written by Dr. Bilal Khan is an important contribution and no comprehensive work was done on this title till now. It was not an easy job to undertake this endeavor.
