Convergence is a symposium that will focus on three dimensional fine arts and crafts. It is the first student run art symposium at Rhode Island College and it is brought to you by the lovely members of the RIC Artist co-op. If you are want to learn more about a variety of three dimensional arts and crafts attending this event is a must. There will be lectures and demonstrations of all kinds to provide a fun and enriching experience. This is essentially an opportunity for artists and craftspeople (from students to professionals) to share their own knowledge and experiences with one another. We hope that this event will serve as a catalyst for creative thought while simultaneously encouraging stimulating discussions about techniques, materials, and how they can be utilized across the spectrum of three dimensional arts.
