Conversation I overheard at work today. African American Woman: guurl, you wouldnt make it as a black woman. Hispanic Woman: why you say that? AA: all the pressing, curling, perming, flat ironing.......etc Hisp: I would just get a wig like all of yall do....................... SILENCE.......until my eavesdropping was discovered by my burst of hysterical laughter. No dis to my sistars who perm it, weave it and wig it. Just the moment that left her speechless was so awkward and too damn funny. She WAS NOT expecting that.
