Conversations this morning: Jeanie: Why is alarm going off? Me: Going to run with the club. Jeanie: Its 13 degrees. Youre nuts! Me: to myself at mile 2: Jeanie was right....thats a big hill ahead...I hate hills....why is Matt and Mike in shorts?....Im cold...wait, if Im cold then why am I sweating? Me to myself at mile 4: My cardiologist said my stress test was fine earlier this week so why am I not faster and why does this hill hurt? ....If they put radioisotopes in me for my stress test, will I develop spidy sense?...Im really cold... Why is Matt smiling?...I hate running...my shoes are frozen...Jeanie was right Me to myself at the end of the run: That was great. I feel awesome! Weather was perfect for a long run.... Cant wait for the next group run.
