Convinced my husband to come in and have a spa day. He loved - TopicsExpress

Convinced my husband to come in and have a spa day. He loved the sauna, so did I. I know Ive had it since April, but havent truly utilized it til now. With it being Fall, its easier to think about getting into a hot box. We handled a 30 min session, temperature starting when we got in was 103 degrees, getting out it was 133 degrees. ..max is 150. What we immediately noticed after about 10 min was that our neck and shoulders felt looser, it definitely seemed to melt the tension. He honestly said he could feel the heat penetrating into his bones and muscles in a good way..not that uncomfortable heat you normally think of. And because its infrared heat, you can breathe right not like a steam sauna. I felt like it opened up all my pores and my skin on my face felt smooth and softer. Once I got out and of course, change of temperature from hot to cold is exhilarating. I felt refreshed and energized to go for a walk. And so we did..and then ate, at Jacks Country Breakfast, lol :) I decided to offer up a deal for those interested in really making use of the therapeutic benefits of an infrared sauna. I found it nice whether alone and being in meditation or even the ability to lock myself in for my own peaceful me-time and reading or even having the chance to carve out quality time with my husband and talk and share in wellness together. To really get the benefits and see the difference, it would be best to come 2x a week for 15-30 min for 1-2 months. Im looking forward to seeing what it does for us! :) SEE UPCOMING POST ABOUT INFRARED SAUNA DEAL... Husband also got to try out me using my crystals. Crystals are awesome in that yo dont have to do anything to them perse, to make them work. They have their own way of helping to clear energy amongst other things. I showed him the difference between fire cupping and regular cupping. As much as I love fire cupping, many reasons not to do on general public. One, most massage insurance dont cover modalities using fire. Two, you need to be skilled in placement with fire cupping Three, unfortunately many people dont understand the use of fire cupping and may not understand the reason for the accompanying bruising that may result. As a practitioner/business owner. .scary lawsuit comes to mind. Anyway, what I have found best for clients, really is rubber cupping. .its is easy on both client and practitioner, no bruising maybe a little redness, and its great to move circulation and break up stuck fascia.
