Cooked an epic risotto at the cookery workshop even better than the trial run. Added creme fraiche and mushrooms with cheddar cheese melted in. The consistency was much thicker. Very tasty. We also had a fairly epic Latvian pie cooked by a guest which was more like apples cooked on top of a sponge made from kefir, flour, egg and sugar. Sour cream and cocoa cooked on top once nearly baked. Had it with clotted cream. Weve a photo somewhere. Watched Dragonheart with Dennis Quaid and Sean Connery. Now to find another film and enjoy a coffee. All the wine went in the risotto :)
