Cooked dinner tonight and made enough to last me a few days. I also cut a few extra greens and mushrooms ready to freeze for another day. For those who may be interested in this simple recipe I put together, here are the ingredients. - Kale - Beanettes - Mushroom - Broccoli - Cauliflower - Chicken breast - Touch of light olive oil - Italian Herbs to cook chicken Cook the chicken first to ensure its cooked well. (Add a little bit of oil so it doesnt stick and some Italian herbs for flavour) Then add the other ingredients into wok and cook for about 10 minutes.
